A ring Cartier unique in 18 carat yellow gold and diamonds. The ring consists of a marquise cut diamond in a rubover setting with a total weight of approximately 0.40 ct. color G and clarity VvS. The center stone is complemented by two rows of 4 round brilliant cut diamonds on either side. weighing 0.27ct total. well matched in color and clarity. The ring measures 7.5mm across the top of the ring and tapers to 4.5mm.
